The instant execution of plan 19 is an order from the rulers of all the states
in the world. Those who do not work or who are poor and cannot possibly help
themselves should be killed on the spot by any law enforcement officer. This is a
hard thing to do but it must be done. I hear them knocking at my door. Its time for
me to go and die.
