 Exercise Roller Coaster
It's a roller coaster ride. One I'm sure we all have shared. Its those darn mood swings. One day I have the attitude of do or die. The next day I just don't care anmore. I hate walking one day, I love it the next. I'm never walking again, I can't wait til the next walk. Put your hands up the air and say "Weeeee!"

Those days that I'm real quiet is usually one of the down days (either that or I'm really busy like yesterday)

So with that said, Today I was reading Julia Child's book, "The Way to Cook"
In her introduction, and I have heard this elsewhere before as well, she talks about counting calories on a weekly basis instead of the daily counting. Of course, she also speaks of moderation. She says the daily limit of calories puts the good tastey food on the very top of a high shelf putting it out of our reach. Whereas, on a weekly count, we can indulge knowing we simply make it up the next day or two.

I never read Dr. Dean Adell (sp) book Eat and Be Merry, but I believe his focus was you could eat and drink anything as long as it was in moderation.

Just food for thought.

Sudden weather change again which means I woke up with a headache that is evidently going to last 24 hours even with whatever it was I took.

The weekend is almost here. Are you planning healthy meals for next week?
