Do or Die. What;s it going to be?
I came home from work. Wow! What a day that was as the games began. I didn't get the last 1/4 mile done as I basically got locked in my own office space. It would not be a good idea to leave, but that's another story.
Anyway, I came home and visited with hubby for awhile and rested. Got a glass of chocolate milk and headed out for the other 3 miles to complete the day. I just now realized I still had the other .20 miles but it was close enough. I took my big stick and a LEASH and headed out the door. No off leash dogs to be seen.
I've decided I hate walking. I am not having a good time. Why? Because I can't do it when I want to. I can't choose the time I want. I have to fit it in between work, chores, and other responsibilities. Things that HAVE to be done. What about fun stuff? I would much rather do something else. This sucks. So why am I doing it?
I'm doing it because I'm pretty sure that I will die a whole lot sooner if I don't. I'm doing it to increase my stamina and strength. It's good for the brain. It's good for the body. It's good for the blood circulation. I'm doing it because I can.
