| I'm Still Alive!! |
Nopers, Jim (Scotslad) hasn't killed me.....yet :p I have just been super busy with my new job, teaching preschool. I work from 8:30-5:30 so when I get home, I am usually quite tired.
Jim asked me to explain why we think the baby is a girl. My aunt does this needle thing, where she holds a needle on a piece of thread above the palm of your hand or your stomache, and the needle starts moving in a circle if it's a girl, and if it's a boy the needle begins moving back and forth.
Well, you guessed it. The needle spun around in a circle, so she is convinced it is a girl. She has done this for many family members, and they all have been correct up to date so we should wait and see!
She can also use this to determine how many kids you are going to have in total and what gender they are going to be. So for us, she says 2 kids.....both girls (poor Jim lol). This was also correct for my mother....1 girl, and then 2 boys.
Can't wait til we have an ultrasound in the next few weeks to confirm or deny if it is in fact a girl. We'll keep you posted.
