Well some of you may know me from the Vegas trip, and to others I am just another random person beginning an adventure on this site. No matter whether we have met or not, here is a bit about myself.
First off, I am from a small town in Pennsylvania called Montoursville. I am the oldest of three children (2 younger brothers), and from the beginning I knew that my family was different. Now I know all families have their weird parts, but mine for example is just quite odd. First and foremost, each of my family members names begin with the letter "D." There is Darlene, Dave, Dustin, Derek, and then there is me Danielle. Now let me tell you how inconvenient that is when you are annoyed with someone and it takes four tries to get the right name to roll off the tongue.
Anyways, both of my parents are, well, how should I say the goody goody types. They tried to do their best, and I know they did a great job, but nothing could have really prepared them for some of the things they had to encounter.
Picture this, two middle aged parents trying to raise "good normal" children, when in reality they had a teenage daughter with an attitude from hell (me), a son who was overly quiet and did absolutely nothing (Derek), and then a son that got into all kinds of mischief beginning from the ripe age of 3 when he snuck out of the house, took off down the street and made it 3 blocks away from our local high school before my mother realized what had happened and began her frantic chase after him.
Just when they thought things were calming down; I went away to college and so did one of my younger brothers, and the youngest seemed to be calming down, boy were they wrong!! Derek who was 19 at the time came home from school and informed my parents he wanted to get his tongue pierced!! Yes that's right, my straight laced parents had to deal with the drama of their son wanting a hole in his body where it didn't belong!!
Now picture this, after many many many conversations and debates, they decided to let him do it.....on one condition. They wanted to go with him. So there in one of the local tattoo shops my brother sat with my mother and father, as they walked around checking the cleanliness of the place, asking question after question to the person performing the piercing. All I can say is I wish I had been a fly on the wall of that place!!
Anyways......I'll end things here for now.....too much excitement makes me crazy  but I have many other weird, funny, exciting things to share with you all so hopefully you can get a better feel for who I really am, and the Danielle that Jim really knows.

Hello.
Im rather new to this site too.
Except I've chosen to keep my details/life a bit more private coz i dont want to be victim of some sex predators or any of that shit, && my parents freak about it too.
Im middle child, two older sisters, both Scorpios, and im the lonely Taurus.

hurry and tell us more about that family of yours...my oldest had her tongue pierced and kept it hidden from me for quite awhile, I thought she was self conscious about a cold sore so I did not want to call any attention to her mouth...my youngest is the one that figured it out. My husband and I were !@#$%^&* after much discussion, I told her she could not wear the earring thing in her mouth in front of me, because everytime she did we !@#$%^&* and if she wanted to do that to us @#$%^&* then go ahead and wear it, if not, then take it out when you are with us. another story
