The scale said 105.6. UGH!!! Why? Cuz I ate a handful of frosted flakes and perhaps a piece of chocolate. Man, this sucks. But, let's not dwell on that, shall we?
Yesterday I worked the chest and triceps. I pushed and used as heavy a weight as I could. I did 45 minutes of cardio since I didn't do any in the morning. But, my legs are KILLING me! Seriously, every muscle is on fire. I can barely walk. It hurts to stand up, to sit down, to roll over, it just plain hurts. My glutes, my hamstrings, my quads, even my calves, all are in pain. AND IT FEELS SOOOOO GOOD! I haven't had this kind of pain for a few weeks. Ah, you gotta love it! Today, I started with my cardio and about 10 minutes into it, the soreness in my legs let up. But then when I got out of the shower it started to creep back in again. I am supposed to work legs and abs today and my kids have track practice again. My goal? To push through the soreness and work the legs, heavier on the abs and then run at the track. AND not blow my diet. I was doing so good, too. Oh well, can't dwell, need to move forward... This is day 63 of 81.
Now I gotta work on the details of the competition. I have the shoes but I need to alter the suits a bit, and I need to find someone who can do my hair and makeup for the show. I could do it myself, or have hubby do it (don't laugh, he could totally do it), but it'd be easier if I had a third person. Anyway, I gotta get started on that. Later today I get measured by my trainer, but first... off to the gym!
