Aren't you glad its Monday? Me, I am. Seriously, the weekends kill me. I'm out of my structured routine and things go haywire. Of course, by Friday I'm always glad its the weekend but then Monday rolls around and I wished the weekend hadn't happened!
So, last post... I was going to hit the gym to work arms and do cardio. I ended up not going at all. My legs were killing me! I needed a break. My son had a football scrimmage so we went to that and just skipped the gym altogether. Saturday morning I woke up, did my cardio, weighed in, 104. Pretty good considering I didn't work out at all. But then we went to a birthday party for a one year old. Well. Mmm. I didn't make it to the gym that day either. I blew it! I drank, I ate chips AND dip, I ate cake (a little bit of a piece, no frosting), I ate carne asada and salsa. Basically I was VERY VERY VERY bad! The wine hit me in such a way that when we got home all I could do was sleep. So, everything I have been working for... down the drain. UGH!!!!!!
But, Sunday I got up, did cardio, weighed 105, and in the afternoon hubby and I went to the gym. I worked shoulders/core and did cardio. I didn't cheat at all. I'm back on track. But now I'm hungry between snacks and meals. Probably cuz I stretched my belly! Nice. Anyway, woke up this morning, did cardio, weighed 105. And I'll do legs and probably some more ab work. Track practice is today so I'll do my cario and lunges there. All I have is 13 days left. I can do this. We are in the home stretch. Stay focused. PLEASE!!!
