| FIRST DAY AT THE GYM |

I joined the gym today and had my first workout in over 3 years!!! It felt so good to be back on the treadmill and my gawd... it's such a natural HIGH for me to work out using the weight equipment in a gym! I had so much FUN, and can't wait to go back again!
I'm taking it slow because I need to let my body get used to exercise and fitness again, so I'm currently working out 2 times a week, starting with just 10 minutes of cardio at a moderate level, and approximately 30 minutes of weight training. I am going to spend one of my workout sessions focusing on upper body strength training, and the other one on lower body.
I'll let you know how it goes!
