Truth and Dare

Hi everyone

Its me  FATGIRL.  I think today is the day I speak the truth, I am fat.  I am not healthy, and I am my biggest problem in my health.  One sec while I dust off the scale and step on it.......That wasn't pretty, 272 pounds.  I am 5' 7.  Doesn't take much to see that I am FAT.  There is the truth and I am to blame.  Poor eating and no activity  FAT FAT FAT.  Now the dare, I dare me to do something about it.  100 pounds is what I want to lose.  I cant afford to pay for a weight loss program such as weight watchers or jenny Craig so its me against the scale.  I do have a treadmill and some 5lb dumb bells.
  I don't want to be the huge lady who has to be removed from her house by crane.  I am still young in my 30s but I know this will not be easy.  So today is day one.  A fresh new start and outlook.  I will do my best to eat better and move more.  I will walk on the treadmill for 20 minutes 3 times a day to start.  I hope to steadily increase the time until I get to 2 good chunks of treadmill time and one shorter chunk of time.  I will also be more aware of what I am drinking and drink less soda and more water.  I love water but I am addicted to soda.  NO MORE SODA.   Inside me there is a skinny girl screaming to get out and I hope to meet her really soon.

yeah good luck with that. everytime you go for your purse at maccas just remember how you feel after! like mac-shit! go to a juice bar instead! hint : carrot, orange, pineapple and apple juice is really yummy! ive put on heaps of weight over winter, as of tomorrow morning im on a health kick! let us know how yours goes!

ok do this every morn have two scrambled eggs and a grapefriut. then about two hours later(or hour and half)how ever long you can wait. eat an apple.At lunch eat a healthy choice meal (they cost between 2 to 4 bucks) or you could have a salad with fat free croutons with fat free dressiing.Now in between these meals i want you to drink water ok.as much as you can stand.then about hour and half later eat another apple. for dinner a want you to eat a healthy choice meal again.try this and i bet you'll see a differance.you will be able to notice the weight loss.

Hello fellow soda addict! I lost 60lbs and switching from soda to diet soda was a HUGE help. At first I won't lie, it tastes bad. But you do get used to it, and now I'm a diet soda addict... but much thinner!

Do your best to stay motivated. I'm in the prosess myself. For two months I was at the gym every other day...but I lost motivation. What ever you need to do to make sure you keep it...DO IT!!! Best of luck...we're all in this together!
