 Day 11
Today began with waking up at 3:45 to make it to the airport in time for my 4:55am flight and Mo's 7:30 am International flight.  I barely made it.  When i got in line for the ticketing counter they were calling for all passengers going to Hyderabad because they were already boarding the plane.  Now, no offense, but I couldn't believe this in India, where everyone is late.  I mean, I was there at least 35 minutes in advance of the flight and I wasn't checking any bags.  I made it through security and I promise you this they were not boarding.  I think I was the first one to board.  To board a flight, at least a domestic one, in India you usually have to exit the terminal and wait for a bus that picks you up and takes you to the flight.  Then you climb the stairs.  There are very few gates where you are able to board the plane directly.  I forgot to mention this about Day 8, but I do have one complaint with the folks in India...they are in a hurry for nothing.  People will just push past you, no matter how much you are struggling and they could really care less.  I know they don't intend to be rude...it's just a way of life here.  I suppose in a country with a population like India's it's every man or woman for themselves.  I certainly found that to be true.  I was too tired and not into pushing my way to the front, so I hung back and the first person probably beat me to the plane and off the plane by 5 minutes at most.  It's worth the 5 minutes to me.  The reason it was only 5 minutes though was because the plane was no where near capacity.  I had an entire row to myself and was able to get at least 45 minutes of shut eye on the way back to Hyderabad.  Once we landed it took only 15 minutes before I was in the car headed back to my hotel.  Once I reached the hotel I had a note on my door that my account had surpassed the 50,000 rupee limit and it was Novotel policy that I must go to the lobby and settle my account.  I've never had to do this before and it seemed kind of crazy to me, but anyway I did it.  I figured better to do it at 6am when they are not busy then when i'm about to leave for work.  Then I had some breakfast and went to sleep until noon.  Up at noon, to the gym, couple of phone calls, a quick shower and now I'm back at work.  Mondays are my crazy day because I have several weekly phone calls that I participate in.  That's all behind me now and it's almost 1am so I get to leave and go back to sleep in about an hour.  Then I suppose I'll be back on my crazy schedule for the next several weeks.  That's it for now...until tomorrow!

You've only run up a ~$1200 tab in 10 days? Wow!

I know it's crazy...it was for 11 days in the hotel, laundry, internet, room service, mini bar. Mind you I'm not going nuts here with the food and drink, but it's still so cheap.
