| A Long needed Homeless Shelter

The Eugene Springfield area is in the need of a new Homeless shelter. There are specific types of shelters now, but nothing for the hard core homeless that just needs a hot meal and place to sleep in bad weather. If we can get these folks into the shelter we can maybe offer help in getting them to think about jobs, to not drink and maybe get of illegal drugs.
I have had this dream for a long time. I was night manager at Albanys Helping Hands Shelter. Since I have been here and have seen the need here my dream has to become a reality.
Please pray for me and this project, and please pray for the Homeless.

this is great.Homeless may come with a disadvantage.No job history,criminal records. So there needs to be something in place to cover this(I have no suggestions.) If I were homeless I would be looking for a place to sleep and food to eat.Also a support system. counselors,aa meetings etc. Job placment service etc .
