Following on from Anotherdaze fun for all of us here on thoughts.com to do, I take the baton from Hollis.. thank you my friend ... and it is my chance to ask the question of the day.......
We all have one common thing here being on thoughts, and that is that we are MEMBERS (well those who can comment are!)
So my question for you to share your Thoughts on ...
is a two fold question today..
How did you chose your user name for THOUGHTS?
Does it hold any significance/meaning
(if you used your own name -
what would you change it to if you had a choice?)
I am especially interested to hear from
LONG !!!! ... NatureBoy ??? ..and LUCKYLUCI (mmm)
but would love to know your answer too.

ok well MKaye02 was my old name which was in fact my first preference, M=Molly Kaye=my middle name 02=my grad year. but Katydids=my papaw's nickname for me and Daisies=my fav flower and my baby girl's name :) good one.

I chose my name = EASY TO SAY
because I had so much going on in my life at the time of joining.
I knew what I had to do to move on but found it was
EASY TO SAY .. HARD(ER) TO DO
I wouldn't change a thing
..shorten it to E2S or Easy if you like .. I don't mind

spiritualcoma - a description of how I have felt for close to a year now after I lost the one I had loved for so long. But on the bright side, I got my mystery woman now and am opening my eyes once again. Change the name? nah, it's way too cool. lol

I like the name easy, perfect!!!!! leave it we just may refer to you as easy or E2S, just like Molly or Katy is easier then my whole name. we all do the short but I love the meaning of all the names :) this looks to turn out to be a good lil thing each day.

As a teenager I visited the beautiful state of Colorado and fell in love with all the beauty found there. It took me over 30 years to return. The majestic peaks, sweet smelling pines, abundant wildflowers and Aspens (yellow in the higher elevations ... during my visit) were what my spirit had been longing for. The mountains bring peace and calm to my spirit. Colorado feels like "home" to me ... I can't wait to visit again. I'm a person who deals with homesickness when I'm away from home so I find it a bit odd as I go about my days in Michigan that I'm homesick for Colorado. Therefore my screen name borrowed from the Mamas and Papas' song "California Dreamin" ... I changed the state name to Colorado to reflect the place I dream about. Peace.

my name...well my boyfriend calls me his angel :) It was something he'd call me even before we started going out...so that has its significance to me. the wings bit was because i wanted to break free from the expectations, and the conditions of worth and all that stuff out there in the real world.
My wings let me fly away from that world and into this beautiful world of thoughts.
So thats why my name is angelwings :)
And i wouldnt change it!

What can I say. Dad was very proud when I was born :P LOL
Actually it's to do with my SM who would always tell me how Long Lived I am, always going on that she couldn't tell if I was 5, 50, 500 or 5000. Of course she was normally pretty drunk at the time hehehe.

I chose my name Pepe because it's a nickname I was called from childhood(not used anymore). It reminds me of a loving, secure time in my life.

I am pretty boring, my name is actual my initials, well that is my initials of my maiden name, I still forget to use my married nmae. Don't know why as my married name is easier to spell then my maiden name.
Don't forget to check me out tomorrow for the next question and who I pass on the batton too. Ohhhh I am loving this relay

Well...mine is geordiedreamer. The Geordie bit is obvious to anyone from the UK - people from Newcastle are called 'Geordies', kinda like Londoners are 'cockneys' and Liverpudlians are 'scousers' Long story as to why we are called that...and the dreamer bit was because when I set my account up, I was dreaming of my future with my lady and our baby...now he's here its better than all my dreams.
I can tell you that Chebtastic1, my lady, is called so because of me. Chebs is the Geordie word for erm...boobs. And I call her chebtastic because well, she is! Haha x As for our boy's blog 'stanleythomas' - well...its his name.
Cant wait to hear what KP's question will be tomorrow, this is a great idea!

Well ;ey me correct KP, I named her in my blog as she just used it. Although she could have changed it....
Now mine is easy:
I saw/see myself as KP's knight on a white horse, her hero, and when I began this blog it was ALL about my feelings about her.

i used to have the ID DaisyMarie on every site, but when i joined thoughts, i wanted it to be closer to the real me, with Marie being my middle name, so i opted for missmarie, and using the name Marie as often as i have seems to have given me more confidence, and i don't know why lol
so many people here seem to call me missy now, thats fine i guess lol
I can't call you Easy lol!! sounds like i'm insulting your morals ha ha

Nothing fancy here - just my name & the grand total of my Nascar racers...before I knew that Casey Mears was going to drive the 5 car not the 25...so I'm off by 20. :)

I think I win for the most uncreative Thoughts user name - Meredith - since it is my real name. I would change it if I could but Thoughts won't let me! I would probably go with either Dithy (a nickname my sisters gave me when I was a kid) or Bunnygail - another nickname from my youth.

Prelude came about because I owned a Honda prelude when I was 17. I used Prelude for everything back then. When I started thoughts I was looking for something other than my first name which I use for everything. Since, it was my favorite car, I came up with Prelude2it. Is stands for what comes after.

cecy is a short for my name Cecilia. And I was 24 yrs old when I registered.
The reason why I chose a simple one is because of my lack of good memory. I needed something simple that I would not forget.

Actually, I was torn between something movie related and something simply brain/thought related. I came here initially just to review movies. But, I suspected I might end up doing something else. I consider myself an idea man. So, there you have it.
And, in light of recent "drama-phobics" I aim to stand tall in the face of said drama. I will storm through it without the weakness to fall back and reapply here. I stand by my title/ID. However, there may be other reasons I would make a change...
I think it was Gwatlan a while back who mistook my ID for "barnstormer"...and I thought that would be cool as a substitute if I went with a pilot Snoopy pic:P
I laugh every time I read something by E2S and find myself saying "Ha! Easy for you to say!" So, maybe E4U2S or Easy4U2Say would be a good sub for ya?:P
When you said you were waiting for Long and luckyluci...I knew exactly what you were thinking:P Any cramps coming on?
