I'm just about to go jump into bed and read my book "New Moon", it's the second one from Stephanie Meyers, follows on from TWILIGHT.
Those who have read the books will know why I am NOT HAPPY with the start of NEW MOON, don't get me wrong, the writing is still great, I'm just not happy with where the story has gone.
But I won't elaborate I don't want to spoil it for anyone.
As I was saying I'm off to bed, all alone!! But just as I was about to switch to my book, I get an email from the dating site I'm registered on. Which is a bit weird since I haven't even been on in over a week, and usually inactive is flagged, and your profile doesn't appear in searches etc. etc.
So I go into the site, check out the email I'd received, and it's a "kiss" from a gentleman. He sent me a kiss last week too! Persisitent, anyway my first port of call is definitely his profile, which I view. He's over the age group that I am targetting, but he looks nice, sounds okay, then I notice his third photo...... and I remember pointing it out to a friend, who said "Dude, that is ......."

Anyway I'm going to tell him thanks but you are not what I'm looking for, even if you do have influential friends!

Ok Easy I peeked, read his profile saw who he's pictured with. Now I saw that he says he doesn't smoke though considering the "gentleman" hes pictured with I can't help but wonder if he occasionally smokes cigars....if you get my drift.

I wonder about a guy that puts a pic like that in his dating profile
Forget all the jokes and make it any President you want, it seems weird to me that you would feel you need to make sure that women that you are looking to maybe date know off the bat that you once met a President !
Hell I met one once, no I do not have a picture, does that make me any less or more dateable?

Ha ha :) Nice.
I think this photo was put there to show him as an important and solid person. But the fact of being photografed with the President doesn't prove this yet...
Nevertheless, you can give him the go-by!

Looked like it to me, who knows.
Name dropper would be the correct lable.
Why would you put a pic like that on your profile?
He's not bad looking but obviously he is looking to add awe and attention to himself. Does he not feel like enough on his own? I would think him cocky or insecure. Sometimes it's one in the same.
Go with your gutts.

Well I could not get passed the name..blueeyesBM..now what does BM stand for? As a parent and a child care provider..that would be bowel movement..ha! That was mean.
Not sure why anyone would post that pic..maybe you should be nice and suggest the picture is what turned you off. Give the guy a clue..you know.

IT GETS BETTER easy, I promise...I felt depression in the beginning...as the months on the pages went by. it's worth it though!! :)

paperlily, unfortunately I think KB lookalike took himself off the site, I think he said that before I went out with him.. Maybe he's back on there again, but I haven't really gone on there much lately :)

Molly, thanks for the reassurance .. amazing how a book can sway my mood. I did buy books 3 and 4 after your comment above.... I'm trying not to read anything that will spoil them for me... :)
