Great Friday

I've had a great Friday.
If you are wondering how the day will be, I can predict,
Productivity,
Humility,
Sense of Achievement
A few goals met
and
Love from family and friends.

I've had a busy busy day at work, and was delighted to catch up with two of the ladies from our Work who are on Maternity (Family) leave at the moment.
One is due back in 9 weeks, the other in December.

They both brought their gorgeous babies in, and for a minute I even thought how nice it would be having that 3rd baby that Master 5 is still asking for!! lol. But I don't believe in immaculate conceptions, and I can't see me getting re-married any time soon. Even though I must confess here that I have been to 3 clairvoyants and all 3 told me I would have 3 babies.

But Im not sure whether the ectopic pregnancy I had in between Miss 8 and Master 5 counts as the third pregnancy they were referring to. Who knows.

Anyway back to my day. I received a few nice compliments today, which made me feel good about myself. You see when foty walked out, my reaction to the stress was to not eat. Not on purpose you understand, just that my appetite left me, and the only food I ate was when the kids were having dinner with me. I did it so they wouldn't notice anything.

Anyway today I was told I was looking great. Good right? Well yes, until they followed through explaining that they thought I'd put on weight. Now most people will know you don't tell females they look like they had put on weight. This thought must have crossed this persons mind, because they quickly followed up by telling me that I had actually looked like there was something seriously wrong with all the weight I'd lost. They said I looked gaunt and unwell. So right now, they were telling me, this is the weight I should be.

Although I haven't put on the full 13 kgs that I lost, and I don't intend to.

Oh and another thing, Foty's father called me asking if he could see the kids this week-end. He's down from Sydney. I have not seen him since Christmas last year, more or less ever since foty has come out with his family and made his relationship with JS official.

I was in two minds, you see his Dad basically did to foty's Mum what foty did to me.
Nearly the same, had an affair with a YOUNGER girl from work, and then left foty's mum for her.
They are still together today.
I've always had the utmost respect for him, regardless of his affair, until foty did it to me.
He's made no effort to see me, and even after his girlfriend and I talked, and I said they were welcome, he hasn't made any effort. So for the fact he's doing it while foty is lazing in the sun in QLD with JS, I guess could be taken two ways.
But I do like to do the right thing by my kids, not these other people. So I made a time to see him tomorrow.
Bitter sweet a little.

Oh the other dilemma, foty's mum has invited us out to her place this week-end too.
I think she sees the kids more through me than through foty.... who knows.

Anyway Friday night, gotta go, just thought I'd do a final blog for the evening.
Unless the blogging bug hits me.
