I was browsing through the Sunday paper here, and a particular story caught my eye. It was the one about Greg Norman and Chris Evert. It claims that Chris Evert has "finally" revealed how her affair with Greg Norman was responsible for the end of their marriages.
Well excuse me, but all I have to say to that is "NO SHIT SHERLOCK".
Did she think having an affair with a married man, while married herself would enhance their respective marriage unions???
Of course they had denied they were having an affair as their marriages started dissolving.
Oh and get this, they are even thinking of moving to Australia together to live.
Maybe they could catch up and compare stories with Foty & JS.
Those who read me will know why this story is close to my heart.
It makes me pretty angry when I see stories like this, and I know we all have our reasons. And facts are different in every case.
But with me the irony of my divorce, is he wasn't 'in love' anymore, he wanted time to himself. Yet he was engaged to his Clayton's mistress (the mistress you have when you don't have a mistress) before we were divorced. And now he's getting married to her February 2009.
Even after he told me they'd never be more than friends, and he'd slept with her once when they were both very drunk, and it was a mistake. And get this she reminded him of Nana Mouscory (sp?) when she wore her thick black glasses.
He denied and still does that he was having an affair. He's convinced his family that he started the relationship or at least met her AFTER he moved out from me, and it was official October 2007... yet engaged 4 months later. It took him 9 years to propose to me. JERK.
He denies the affair even though photos sent to me, and shown on "facebook" and text messages I found, and blatant other incidences at their work were there to show he is a flippin liar.
The Irony is that he doesn't want to be in my life anymore, but I still have to put up with this cheating son of a bitch in mine. Sometimes that just sucks big time.
And you know what, if he grows balls ever again in his life time and admits their affair (like Chris Evert & Greg Norman)...
It will give me no comfort. Somethings just don't need to be said out loud.
Easy .... out

He denies the affair? Despite the evidence? I know it won't make a difference in how you feel about him for him to admit it. But I still think he needs to man up and state the truth.

N the worst thing is, that 'stories' like this is the newspapers can often lead the Joe Average's of the world to talk themselves into believing that they can do the same and it's somehow acceptable. Perhaps more on a subconcious level, but I'm sure it's a factor.
N no, FOTY admitting to his dirty little affair wouldn't change anything for you, but, it would be nice to think he had to face up to his actions to those who still believe his innocence.....
Have a fab Sunday Easy (30mins til I attempt to watch some Aussie Rules lol)

The irony is that in the UK Chris Evert is being heralded as being the reason Greg is playing such good golf. The past has been conveniently forgotten as he makes his return to The Open. Seems more important what your celebrity is than what havoc you have caused. Not so of Foty, of course, he's just a silly, misguided man, but....watch this space!

I hate liars above all things [although cheaters run a close second] so since Foty's both...lets string him up. I know it's not much immediate comfort...but just remember Karma is bitch and he will definately be getting his in the end. Maybe JS will cheat on him...what goes around comes around...

My daughter is going through the same thing..of course even though he has been with his "girlfriend" since one week after he left....he swears he was not seeing her during the marriage.
I don't know why people can make it so easy to walk away from their families. Again, you are so much better off..it just sucks like my daughter you will have to deal with him all your life because of children. I think it makes it that much harder to move on.

The truth always comes out, and even if it doesn't deep down he knows that you know the truth and he has to live with that everyday. At least you have two wonderful children that are strong and wise like you!

Nana Mouskouri...I looked her up:P You had me at thick black glasses:) Total turn on. And, she has some really good pics and some really not good pics:P Sad how some ppl age:( But, wow in her youth!:) Hey, xile up there looks a lil like her:P

I was in the mall shopping for a picture frame for a relatively close friend of mine. She had just come home from her honeymoon and we were getting together this coming weekend to catch up and look at her photos . As I was walking into the store I made eye contact with her husband, surprisingly he approached me and we began speaking to one another. Now, I had only met him about three or four times before because after they met she stopped seeing many of her friends as with most new relationships. It was a brief dating period for them, in fact, they were married within five months of meeting each other. He was very pleasant, in fact he was overly nice and was leading into conversations that were making me feel a little uneasy. He started asking personal questions about my relationships and made an inquiry about me going out with a newly married man and how he could really show me a good time. He asked for my cellphone number and would not stop until I gave in,"WHAT A FOOL I AM" Now I don't know what to do, I can't tell my her because it will end my friendship for sure and I can't possibly go to her home and pretend this didn't happen. I confided with another close friend of mine and she told me about this site http://urajerk.com/ At first I thought is was just another one of those sites that pop up here and there but I checked it out. I must say I like it and thats why I am spreading the word. I was able to send him a few cards with some personal anonymous messages, he will know they are from me, but no one else will. I love this site because I can at least tell him that he is a F#%//ng JERK. Has anyone else gone through this crap before? How can men be such assholes? I mean JERKS!!
