Hello, the best advice I can give to you, is to look at yourself honestly. Ask yourself what makes you happy?? I was married to a man for 10 years - he left me! I thought he was my life, but it's taken me 8 months to realise he was stiffling the real me.
So think about what YOU find FUN! and put all your energies into it. Don't be sidetracked by history with a man - it is all a learning curve for us until we find the ONE that likes us for what WE like ... does that make sense?

Hey Lindy I hear you!! I'm in Melbourne and it's 42 today!! Too hot to go in the pool - cause the UV Rays will get you!!

Hey a break is not a new thing, my ex-husband did it to me many times in the 10 years we dated. My advice to you is go HAVE FUN! Don't miss out on anything because of being on a break! Because I did miss out and did do the right thing by my ex- but he didn't - and it left me looking like a fool. Find out what you enjoy doing and DO IT!

Go Cold Turkey, don't talk to him, don't talk about him to friends who know him..... go out and have some fun! I have lived with someone like that and once you break away - it all becomes so much more fun! Good LUck
