 2 MINUTE NOODLES .... Cravings!!
No, I am not pregnant!!!
HAHA  I am just craving 2 minute noodles... chicken flavoured with the vegie sachet.  FOTY used to "hang shit" on me whenever I ate 2 minute noodles so I stopped eating them ... now he's gone they are back!!!

Only problem is I am craving them!  It's 11:19pm here on Friday night, I've had a nice dinner ... but I feel like noodles!
I tried having a coffee (instant BLAH!) and I even added some hot chocolate mix.  But all I want is Noodles.... and there are some in the cupboard!  Two packets left!

I even ate some Tim Tams (that's another blog!).  But all I want is Noodles.

I know how to get over this obsession, this craving that I'm having for Noodles.  That is to over-indulge on them.

Have them for breakfast, lunch and tea.
I made a half hearted attempt last Saturday ... I had them for Lunch and Dinner .. but I craved them all the next day.

This is not a new thing for me, infact I get cravings for things alot, and once again I confirm, NO I am NOT pregnant!! LOL.

In High School I recall craving HOT jam donuts at school - infact the obsession was so bad I had to eat two a day for two weeks before I grew sick of them.

Unfortunately this obsesssion was replaced by HOT Pineapple glazed donuts, again two weeks two a day!!!!

I had an obsession for CONDENSED MILK .. I'd get a tube at the shop on my way to school, and eat it out of the tube! YUM!  Sometimes I'd even put an opened tin of it in my top drawer.  How the ants never found it I'll never know.
How my teeth didn't fall out ... I'm still wondering!

Lucky I played sport every day of the week back then otherwise I'd be the side of a house for sure.

Then there was the pesky MARS BAR - these little critters were best either ICY COLD or slightly melted in the microwave .... again, I had to saturate my palet with overload before my head said NO MORE MARS!

More recently I got hooked on the FLING bars, not sure if it was the Irony with my soon to be ex-husband having his own fling or not!  Thankfully I'm over the FLING!(both of them!)

So currently it's NOODLES, crazy I know, but until i have them I will crave them... should I give in??
Ummmm .... I will, but probably shouldn't do it tonight!

Dear EasyToSay,

Often severe cravings like that are caused by a lacking of something your body is needing.. So eat the noodles. They sound good to me also..
One time a little boy was eating the rubber off of pencil erasers, shoes etc. When he was tested they found he needed Sulfur. Rubber contains Sulfur. I'd get some blood work. Especially check your Thyroid gland. ( This can lead to massive cravings, especially for salty things ) check your blood sugars, etc. Do you take vitamins. Craving ice is often from Anemia. My son craves and devours ice non-stop when he is anemic. A few days on an iron supplement and all that stops.. My mom craved pickles from childhood in excess. Later she found it was from her overactive thyroid gland... Doesn't have to be anything serious but probably needs attention. A pregnant woman "craves" because the babies body is needing what she is craving... Just a thought...Either way I'd eat what your body sounds like it is needing....

My downfall are Jelly Babies. Lots of them, but particularly the red ones and I like Spar better than the good makes. But, big Bryan says we have each to lose 2 stone (he's right) so he is now the food police and I am so confined to what I can eat. I'm glad it has happened with both of us doing it, but reading about your noodles has started it all over again. Have a lovely weekend Easy - you deserve it!

saltines are my problem.......I LOVE them. I'm sure caringadvis would tell me I have a sodium problem....which could be true because I also love salted popcorn with butter.......mmm
