| Nope, your doing the weight loss thing the right way, just remember that after a few initial weight losses, things will level off and you will have to work a little harder, don't get frustrated...good luck dude! |

| Now I am scared because I am cleaning out my garage this week and getting my weights set back up, and I know muscle weighs more than fat. So once I start working out again I may gain... the hope is that even at my fittest, I was never this heavy. So in theory I should loose still. and I will not work out to build muscle but to tone... so more reps less weight. I got a plan lol lets see if I can stick to it. |
