Well I got on the scale at my cult meeting, and to my suprise I lost 4.6 lbs, for a total of 11.4 in 2 weeks. Not to bad... I am happy about it. My goal is to do another 4.6 this week to make it an even 15lbs.
starting Monday I will start this little 30 min work out I found on line. I was kinda leary of it untill I asked my old football coach about it and he said that if I could do it, it would probably be one of the best work outs I could.
So I bought a Jump rope, this is the plan, for 30 min each morning at least 4 times a week, you jump rope for 3 min then do 1 min of push ups, you jump rope for another 3 min then do 1 min worth of crunches, and repeat untill you hit 30 min. I have a feeling this is going to be alot harder than it sounds. Wish me luck!!
