Fat camp.... Just kiddin my attempt to loose weigh
    As of January 7th I have been strictly following this weight watchers program. In attempt to loose some weight. I do not plan to hit my target BMI because that would be a joke, an immpossable task that may just end up makking me look sick.
   I wont go to far into this but the BMI (Body Mass Index) needs alot of adjustment, it is the same for everyone, men, women... everyone. I have been relativly athletic most of my life, so I have a thicker muscular build, or had lol. I am only 5'8 and as of last week I was 255. They say to reach my target BMI I would have to loose 100lbs. That is way to much. I think If I get down to 210 I will be happy.
   ok but anyway so I have these points to eat each day... and I am finding that I am having problems eating that much, but they say if you dont eat all your points you will gain weight. So I am working it, at least for now to see how it goes. Anyone out there on WW who can give me some pointers? I know they changed the system up and I get 41pts a day... that is alot to eat.

That is a lot to eat, but if you break up your portions through out the day hopefully they will add up for you. One of the women I work with does it and she told me that you can roll some of your unused points over for a bad day.
Something to think about.

well you get 35 flex point to spend as you like... nothing can roll over... you can even get extra point for working out harder one day than others, but the points have to be used that day.

That's not what she told me - then again she's doing it the old way the points used to be. Maybe it's different?
I know she's allowed only 20 points a day... yikes.

Your good, you will start with higher points, but probably a few less carbs and more meals a day, it will work, good luck, man...
