That is a lot to eat, but if you break up your portions through out the day hopefully they will add up for you. One of the women I work with does it and she told me that you can roll some of your unused points over for a bad day.
Something to think about. |

| well you get 35 flex point to spend as you like... nothing can roll over... you can even get extra point for working out harder one day than others, but the points have to be used that day. |

That's not what she told me - then again she's doing it the old way the points used to be. Maybe it's different?
I know she's allowed only 20 points a day... yikes. |

| Your good, you will start with higher points, but probably a few less carbs and more meals a day, it will work, good luck, man... |
