thanks... I am off the coke now haha that sounded bad. so it is just water or coffee for me... with a few beers hear and there. But I am talking a couple a week uless I go out not a couple every night. I will get there I just have to get mad enough at myself

good blog your make a valid point... honestly you do. i think alot of the problem though with reading new blogs is that we all make our rounds with what time we have on out computers and are caught up in so many different peoples lives. some need us more than others. just like in person people...
