I'll post a blog about my goal's to loose weight as well... but here I will just say I have one rule to you loosing weight. If you loose it and I end up finding it I refuse to keep it... do you hear me missy!! lol so many folks around me loosing weight I keep finding it! I swear it has nothing...

I live by few rules, but this is one of them... whenever someone brings me a bit of information like, "OMG did you hear...", or " Did you know that (insert name here) is...." I stop them, I ask a few simple questions. does it directly affect me personally, Does it affect my bank account, does...
