Now I am scared because I am cleaning out my garage this week and getting my weights set back up, and I know muscle weighs more than fat. So once I start working out again I may gain... the hope is that even at my fittest, I was never this heavy. So in theory I should loose still. and I will not...

yeah rain does tend to sap the energy out of you... but think pleasent thoughts, think about the plans you have. play some games with the we ones, kids allways make me laugh.
