Weight Loss Update....
|
Well I was sick most of this week and weekend... so I was not expecting to loose anything because of my week of little or no activity. I went to weigh in and I lost 1.2 lbs for a total now of -17.8 in 4 weeks, I think that is good.

Rough week....

I did not get a chance to post an update on the weigh in because I lost a Grandparent on Monday, and this whole week has just been crap. Work sucks this week been fighting with people not to send out bad parts, going to the gym sucks, just having one of those moments where everything......Read More
