Ugly chicks on scooters

This is a funny. Yesterday I was in the car on my way to the grocery store. As I was admiring the scenery of the woods of the national Forest cars and trucks went by like any other day I mean it is a road for heaven sakes. Then I seen the funniest damn thing. What did I see? Nothing but two ugly chicks on to matching scooters. They were doing up and down the road in a true highway patrol fashion. I tell you I thought I was watching a retarded version of Chips.
