My week in review
Nov 4th – Nov 11th 2007

Well the week is finally over. I sit here taking a look at my storyboard and I’m transferring data to my organizer in preparation for the next tasks set up as my assignments. My current projects list has shrunk from 10 action items down to 4 due to projects that I have decided to shelve until January 10, 2008. If any of the idea’s creep up on me between now and then I’ll make sure to add content to their collective folders; but if I add any more energy to them than the casual acquaintances they need to be currently, I do not believe I will be able to keep up my writing workload.

At the present time I am completing a rewrite of my novel for a publishing house. With my current schedule I need to have the rewrite completed by early March. Good news I have the 2nd draft skeleton complete, entire book storyboarded and frankly it’s not going to be that difficult to get 300+ pages complete by then. I also have this blog and weekly podcast, and let’s not forget other real life obligations such as my girlfriend, furry kids and work.

Missions accomplished for the week:

1. The blasted cookbook is finally edited and ready for the printers. My girlfriend volunteered my services as an editor/data entry/copy writer for a Cookbook her Salon is sponsoring for a local charity. As of yesterday I am finally a free man.
If I see a can of cream of mushroom soup before 2008 I do believe I may have a nervous breakdown.

2. Book report for Insights bookstore (The bookstore for the Center for Spiritual Living in Dallas). Another volunteering of my services by, you guessed it my girlfriend (are you noticing a trend here (lol)). The book was a great read, and a lot of information to ponder. I’m not going to give anything away here, if you really want to know more read my book review of the Science of Getting Rich.
My girlfriend is currently hinting that another book review is in my future… I’m not sure what to think about that atm.


3. Projects to be worked on and projects to be shelved decided upon.
Shelved projects moved to shelved pocket space on Storyboard.
My new writing schedule is currently in development and will be posted to Storyboard by Tuesday Nov. 13th 2007.

4. Though matter is shelved until January 10th 2008, Tower’s of Winslow court project is still moving forward. I have completed meetings with four of the seven initial group members of project and I believe I will have full compliment of staff ready to begin project as of January 18th 2008.

5. Completed first Podcast.
I’m also setting myself a goal of one Podcast per week and completing at least 2 blog entries per week (1 blog and the inclusion of a week in review piece such as this).

 So that was Nov 4 til Nov 11, I can't wait to see what is next.
