Many of you know me as the "Health & Fitness" columnist from the Leader Newspaper, others may know me from my Yoga classes and there are those that know me as a personal trainer, where I do not take "I'm tired" as a plausible answer.

I advocate exercise, now more than ever. Don't take your body for granted.
