I will have to fake it baby... Acting grown up is boring... The best time I have, is coming here and playing 16... So, I have to remain an actress in this world. Literally, I change roles when in the "real" world. My ideal world in my head..surely is more enjoyable than the rat race of life. Trying to suicide the child in me...was not a good idea. Instantly- I started feeling very depressed. It is sad that people get all stuffy... I call them 'yuppies'... People who try to act so serious, and think that their status in life makes them someone. I watch the kids next door play from my balcony... Now that is living, one minute they are cops, the next- explorers, and some games I still cannot figure out. To live in a world of fun. Yet, the real world does try to dominate our senses. We have found the secret to the fountain of youth baby girl. To never let our spirits grow old. I worked in an old folks home, and I realized something about age... Age is all in the mind... Some people were so bitter and ancient minded... The ones who stuck out to me were the ones, who still could 'think' young. Maybe it is the fact that recently, some people close to me, told me I need more maturity. I have come to this conclusion...I enjoy flipping those types of people off, in spirit. A huge middle finger of defiance. I will not grow up..."i'm a Toys'R Us Kid."...hehe...(sticking my tongue out) I flee from anyone, who tries to change me. Rebellion on stereotypes. People can be how they want to be. If they want to be old minded...then leave them alone in it. Going back to saying... Be careful with who you hang out with...it rubs off on us. I would rather be alone...than have to change to be in someone's presence. It is an honor to be me...and an honor to be in my presence. That is how I want you to see yourself. Be honored by yourself. I love you my immature baby girl... Never change for anyone! You will always be mine.. baby...!

I love acting young, maybe because i am surrounded by youth.
It doesn't stop me feeling old and worn at times.
The best times of my life are when i am playing with my children.
I love this, thank you for reminding me.xx

We are all kids at heart even if you are too serious to realize it. Being a child every once in a while keeps me alive.....smile....

You reminded me of camping, and staying up all night with cards and board games, as a child.
Even remembering our childhood and talking about it, makes us feel lighter on our feet.
Thanks for the lift in spirit.
Peace.

they lie: those that say they have grown mature and that you should too especialy if they want you rapped in their blindness! where are the mature? I don't see them??? I cant find them mature!!! did they mean : thickheaded to be? so we are why asking for it! isnt being mature is to have a wide heart and the heart to to look forward and to join kids to make them happy to fulfill their dreams and to wash the tired hearts to laugh and refresh!! ...jeeup! and draw the art of innocent laugh! not the steam of lairs!!! seriously when do we not play???
even studying seriously is a game with your fate! that humorous challenge you race with! so how would you describe what they mean??? I wonder if they know it! seriously aren't they childish to think that they have matured? they don't dream I guess? they don't date?!! tell me if an old lady who makes a scarf is not playing with her fingers!!!! once there was this lady who rejected me missing her baby because she thought that I should graw up on liking babies!!!!
why did she have one when she is older than me for five years I wonder!!!! going through all the pain!!! while she has 3 other kids enough!
those mix up being mature and being kind to yourself and others! why kill the sense of humor? I am against drinking cs you wake up the next morning dead! but am not against joining games that refreshes!- bitter hearts are those that have no sweet laughs to share-! with themselves or others! I mean those who don't hope for it and are against it! not those who lose it but want it dearly!

What a yummy comment.
I love the attitude.
I agree with you on all levels.
Maturity?
I think they wanted me to act stuffy and yuppyish, which I could never pull off for very long.
The comments only made me want to be more childish, so it ends up, blessing me, instead of an insulting curse.
I really like how you think.
Interesting mind you have.
Love&Ligt always...

This reminds me of when i was at school, in assembally every morning, forced to be quiet and serious, always brought out the silly giggles, and i am still like that now, the more serous and straight i am asked to be the more i feel the childish part of me boiling up inside, like when i tell my neice that she mustn't laugh or smile and she can't control herself! he he
Some people were born mature and straight, while others, like me and you, were born to be silly, i look at those older than me now and wonder is it only me who feels like i haven't grown up? all lifes crap makes us responsable and can weigh us down, but doing something a little immature is better than any antidepressant in my book!
A laugh a day keeps the doctor away!
and as my dad always says, Don't let the bastards grind you down!
great post honey x

i thought growing up that we were allowed to be what we wanted, to do what we wanted. then to find out there are even more rules. well i for one do not like rules, i will not break them or cause hurt for anyone. but when it comes to my happiness, i will stay child like in my heart, and play until i am worn out. :)
there is nothing wrong with being who you are, wanting to have fun. It makes you free spirited, and those "yuppies" are jealous. so now that coma has the water guns and balloons, who wants to go on the swings with me? :p

I had my final lesson on ignoring old hateful bastards.
hehe.
I get off on cuss words for some reason.
I feel so rebellious when I use them.
I love that you were born silly, like me.
I think we will then, die, silly.
You think?
Love you Miss Z.

Can I get a super soaker?
You have to live with the pistol.
Only one super soaker per war.
Girls need more of an advantage.
That does sound fun.

Beautiful post, DS!! I'm up for the swings, pixie...race you there!! :)
I remember, few months back, i went to a playground with two of my best friends. And we played on the swings and the sea-saws, and the merry-go-rounds, racing each other up and down...it was soooo much fun! all the kids watched us like we'd lost it, but we had the most amazing time!! Coma, lets have a water balloon fight!!!
Awesome post, difficult soul!!

I agree DS I never want to grow up, who says we have to? My Granny never grew up and she always had fun. She laid down for a nap one day @ 92 and never woke up. What a way to go, she died and never had to grow up!
