The concept of reincarnation never set right in my soul.

It displays a wanting to be born again as somebody else.

If it really existed, I would want to be reborn as myself, over and over again.

Wanting to be someone else is a treachery to our own soul.

We run from lover to lover, trying to find someone to make us whole.

When in fact, it is our own self hatred that makes us feel so empty and worthless.

The rejection of self, has an impact with all of our other relationships in life.

We blame our lovers for not being enough for us, we tell them, you are not what I am looking for.

We are right, what we are looking for, is ourselves.

To embrace our own hearts, to look in the mirror of our soul, and see beauty looking back at us.

That is true reincarnation.

To be born again into ourselves.

To finally be comfortable in our own skin.

To admire ourselves, to encourage the best of thoughts - to be directed at our own hearts.

Depression plagues millions of people each day.

All forms of mental illness stem from not controlling our own minds, and what we let roar through them.

Mental Wards are truly prisons- for those who refuse to control their own thought life.

Our thoughts about ourselves can destroy all self esteem within our own souls.

To hate yourself, is to deny that God does not make mistakes.

It is a slap in the face of God, to hate yourself.

Do you want to fly in spirit?

Do you want to feel the sun on your face, warming away the bitter cold of the world?

Do you want to genuinely feel at peace, in all things?

There is a peace that surpasses all Understanding.

A peace that makes you feel whole, even when you are alone with your own thoughts.

Do you feel whole when you are in a room, all by yourself?

When you can be, then you know that you have been born again.

Born again as yourself.

Fall in love with yourself, it is the best Love Affair -one can ever experience.
