~some of life's emotions~
All emotions were meant to be experienced,
but not all at the same time...
Anxiety is created in our minds when we let ourselves
feel too many emotions at once.
Sooner or later, we have to learn to choose between
the emotions that we feel...in order to have stability in thought.
We become double minded when we choose not to deal with our feelings.
Double minded, in being that we become so that we can never make up our minds,
in as much as it ends up making us completely paralyzed in life...so we feel
fear in everything we do, and end up doing nothing.
I call it the "evil foreboding"...a feeling of constant..'fear of trouble.
Our feelings are not always reliable.
We (especially women) can change our minds quite
often.
In fact, we can feel many different ways within an hour,
about the very same subject.
We cannot rely on our feelings..they lead us to lose
some of our control.
If only we could really tap into the power of our minds.
We were created to live inside of our heads...a world within ourselves.
That is reality~ for all of us..inside of our own minds do we exist.
We all have a slightly different view on life, the world may
not be as it seems to me... as it appears to you.
Our experiences, our memories, what we have learned, what we
believe, all shapes the view of the world in each one of our minds.
In each one of us, there is a unique view that we take on.
It is what makes us individuals...makes us the same but, yet so very different.
That is why I respect everyone's opinion, even if I do not agree, because, I
am aware that we are supposed to learn from each other.
We all have a unique opinion on every subject..and that is what makes life
so very interesting.
The 'mind', is the 'soul' of our human nature.
It is where our character is formed, and it is where our personalites
are housed.
My words now that I type, reveal my personality, my character, and
my belief...they reveal me.
I like to call writing, silent talking~
Leaving myself mental notes...on how to be...'ok
Yet, so many take our written word for granted.
I have come to know many of you very well through your words.
You have let me read your thoughts.
Very interesting, our emotions, then become words..don't they?
Our thoughts, our emotions, are all expressed through the written word.
Even God revealed himself through the 'Word.
So, welcome to my thoughts and emotions, a clue to my character, a revealing
of myself, if you will.

they all melt together..
to let us feel the feeling God himself has, for we are created in his image~
Let us put our minds on good things, lovely things, things that uplift...
Or we can sit around and let all of the emotions torture us, and make us confused.
Taking mental inventory is a wise practice.
Take interest in your thought life..
When you feel anxiety..stop and make a note about what you were thinking about..
Our thoughts, our emotions, create our moods...
God what have I been thinking about...I have been an emotional mess for some time?!

Really, I stopped and said that to myself...
I have found the secret to being content!!
The secret: Mind Control..hehe, I just felt like a mad scientist (silly smile).
Seriously though, we can control our minds, or we can let it control us.
