Hi there Jen, you are SO right about our minds yes we see too many who don't want to take control of their minds they let it run wild, then this is when depression sets in, I like the mind over matter best,that way you can take charge. and yes our minds can control our way of living.

I wish that I could hear your song,but there is some law here in aussie to stop music being played because of the license law.

i can relate to this far too much. im glad you are able to see that control and take it for yourself :)
its kind of like thinking outside of the box, its hard to do but once managed, we can come up with some really unique and cool thoughts.
