Lunch:
chicken breast and pasta w/mushroom and wine sauce
10 calorie vitamin water

Snack:
coffee w/half and half
4 pieces halloween candy

Dinner:
baked sweet potato fries
1/3 cup pecan halves
4 oz applesauce

Exercise:
ran 5 miles
walked 4 miles
