grilled veggie sandwich w/pesto on 7-grain bread

few bites of cheesecake
cappuccino
Snack:
halloween candy
Dinner:
chicken tender w/ketchup
corn
apple slices
baked sweet potato fries
Exercise:
walked 1/2 mile
