Weight:
129 (I guess all that halloween candy is kicking in!)

Breakfast:
2 pieces of chocolate
grapefruit slices w/mint

Snack:
coffee w/half and half

Lunch:
grilled veggie sandwich w/pesto on 7-grain bread
diet coke
few bites of cheesecake
cappuccino

Snack:
halloween candy

Dinner:
chicken tender w/ketchup
corn
apple slices
baked sweet potato fries

Exercise:
walked 1/2 mile
