My friend, Cory Metz from St. Louis sent me the actual license plate NO RSPT. He has promised me the story, but it certainly has to be a tribute to the late Rodney Dangerfield, who died 3 years ago today at the age of 82.  He was an "over the top" comedian who was insulting to everyone, including himself.  He had a very unusual brand of humor to say the least.
