| Ten things guys should learn |
- If you're not interested in us then don't just ignore us... let us know in a non-rude way that you're not interested...
Acceptable: "I just don't feel like it's going to work out right now... I'm sorry."
Unacceptable: "I don't want to date you." < only unacceptable if said in a snarky tone.
2. Make sure we're actually interested in you before attempting to "hit on us." There's nothing I hate more
than trying to act polite to a guy we're just not interested in.
3. Pick your battles... we know we can be irrational sometimes (or at least once a month) but let us be
irrational once in awhile (don't let us get out of control but pick your battles and we'll do the same).
4. Cute surprises here and there can make our day. I'm not talking large surprises...
Example: write a cute note and leave it under our windshield wiper on our car < simple yet effective
5. Foreplay should not be an option... iT SHOULD BE A NECCESITY... even a little kissing on the neck can
work... Just don't walk in and be like, "wanna do it..." cause that's just not sexy.
6. Don't just act like we mean the world to you when we're alone... Act like it when we're with others as
well... especially your good friends... we want to feel like we're the girl that they've been hearing about
for awhile... like you're proud to be with us
7. If we get all dressed up to go out with you... tell us we look beautiful... because chances are we spent a
lot of time and energy to look good for you
8. Never drink whiskey... most men end up either being beligerent or angry... and believe me guys... we
don't find either attractive.... not to mention the whole idea of "liquor dick."
9. Go out with us in a public setting and don't feel obligated to stand by our side the entire night... however,
don't ignore us all night either... spend some time with us... and maybe give the tush a little squeeze if
you happen to be behind us ; )
10. Guys naturally misunderstand some girls as flirting with them. However, in a lot of instances we're just
being nice. We do enjoy having guys as our friends... just because we're nice doesn't mean we want
to necessarily date you or jump into bed with you... Refer to number two...
