Corn Flakes - frosted preferred
Chocolate,Chocolate and more Chocolate, thank you!
Shower - don't want to wash my face in butt water
Day off - I'm getting older, need mental health days
DVD - I have home theater set up, not $$$ but not bad
TV - radio in the car
Meat - prefer chicken
Tea - iced
Water - this was tough, alcohol occasionally
Snowy - love the snow on the trees

I'm all for not being mundane but give me a break, these are human beings they are naming! Especially actors! The list of awful names goes on and on. I don't think any of them can come up with anything "normal" if they tried!

I hate the ones with the washers/dryers and refrigerators that the woman is dropping off of a pool diving board, putting in front of a train, jack hammering, etc. with the "do not attempt" warnings. Like that is how we are all going to get rid of our appliances. Duh...

It will be really tough for the physical stuff if you haven't been athletic most of your life as well as being a smoker. My husband was an ex-marine and a smoker and tried out for our PD and realized he should have stopped smoking and stayed in better shape. This was a few years after he got out. You can do it but it will require lots of determination and hard work. Depends on how badly you want it as to whether or not you will stick to a workout regime and not smoke. I wish you the best of luck! Keep your goal in mind and you can do it.

Hey, if they feel good, wear 'em, trust me when you get older your feet will thank you if you are kind to them now. I think they look fine and comfortable, who really cares if they aren't "high fashion" if you're using them for lots of walking?

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that by your picture and this article and the previous one that you are an older gentleman ( I am 50+) and a very much Republican, uptight, individual that actually likes Bush and his type of politics. I would also derive that you would NOT vote for a woman president so you will probably vote for McCain. You go for it buddy (lower case intended) that's what America is about, freedom of speech and freedom to vote so we will see who wins in Nov. now won't we? Obama? Hilary?....

Unfortunately for some of us there are those naturally buoyant, bouncy, "aren't you ever down, damn you" sort of people that you love to hate...happy is relative. One persons "Happy-Happy, Joy-Joy" is a shut the F**k up before I kill you excessive happiness because their happiness is more mellow. Just gotta' find a happy medium, I guess.

Good for you. It doesn't really matter if you are a size 2 or 22 if you are uncomfortable in your skin. Have a good attitude about you, like what you are wearing and people will notice. Have fun but get the things you like and don't be swayed by what you think others will like on you.

Yes, because it is a business to make money and in this day and age with "little miss" beauty pageants, stage moms willing to spend thousands to see their babies sparkle, it is a profitable one. I would say that this isn't for you or her, thank goodness.
By the way, no offense, but that pink-on-pink is really hard to read for us old-timers ;-)

I try to stay as positive as I can and sometimes it is easier than others but talking about it helps but like you said, if it was something else, there would be someone there to lend an ear. This blog is my way to be able to share even if it is only for myself. Thank you for your support.

Being an Agnostic I can still pray as I am not an atheist, I do believe in God just not a specific branch of organized religion. A lot of people get the two somewhat confused and assume that if you are agnostic you don't have religious beliefs. Just want to clear that up from the start here. I do appreciate your interest in my blog and hope you will continue to check back as I will continue to share.
