Jo here.
I can't stay on very long. It's late, we're in an internet cafe somewhere in Colorado, and i just really want to find a cheap hotel room, take a hot shower, and crash.
I don't have time to explain why, but I need to ask your help:
do your research on the presidential candidates for 2008. find out where they're from, who they are, and what they believe in. And if it doesn't sound like they believe in much of anything, don't vote for them. VOTE, please. It's so, so important. But vote wisely. The choices you make in election 08 will affect all our lives.
Aeron's and mine, especially. In some ways.
Keep reading. I promise, eventually, everything will come clear.

"But vote wisely." The thing that scares me the most is when I think of the people I know voting. Most of them haven't investigated any candidate, and are just as lucky to vote for someone because they liked their tie as they are for someone because their parents are voting for that person, too.
Spooky people, spooky politics...
