I think today is the day. Scooter hasn't eaten in two days. The vet's office will be closed after today until after Christmas. I know she's not going to get better and I don't want to watch her starving to death for our Christmas memory this year. I'd love to hold on to her, but she'd only suffer and she deserves so much better than that. I'm having her cremated so if we do move home next year I won't have to leave her here. Find her a pretty urn for now. She was my Christmas gift all those years ago, now my gift to her this Christmas is peace....
