I probably wont be able to get on here very much in the next week with all the packing and moving. But I will try my best. I have come to the conclusion that my landlord has something against women and children...I found out from my neighbor that the person that lived here before us was a woman that had just had a baby. She couldnt come up with a little bit of her rent so he evicted her too...so either he is really stubborn and greedy or has something against us, but it is probably just him being stubborn and greedy. He also told us before we knew we wouldnt have all our rent on time that we had to have it to him by the 1st, even though in our lease it says we are fine as long as it is in by the 5th. And even then, it says if it is in past the 5th it is just an extra $25....But then as soon as he found out that my boyfriend was going to jail and that it would be just me and the baby, he decided he wasn't going to wait for the rest of it. When we filled out the application for the trailer we had to pay $35 each for the application fee, and on the application it said that if we were accepted that $70 we paid would be put towards our rent...sure enough it didnt. And when I asked him about it he said that it didnt say that and unless I had a copy of it he wasnt going to bother with it. But who would think to make a copy of an application?? Not me obviously. On a brighter note, I am almost over being sick. Just a little stuffy nose and cough left. And Dante never fails to make me smile, he has been being a cute little dork all day :)
