Bananas are very good for you and so are some carbs! You should try weight watchers they have a nice program my mom did it and lost 30 pounds.

Well you don't want to make him nervous. If you like him take it step by step. Flirt a little here and a lttle there make sure you know what he likes to do for fun? Make sure its ok with your friend too you dont want to ruin a friendship over a realtionship
