| Interesting way of cutting down immigration by CAN |
Alright, now lets look at this...Canada has decided (TO BE FINALIZED N 2 MONTHS):
Immigrants must know English or French in order to come into the country and be granted immigrant approval. Let me see...Does that mean that in order to come here and run the taxis you need to be a fluent Enlish or French speaking person? In order to come here and do the shitty jobs that barely pay minimum wage, you have to have English and French speaking skills?
I am curious...are they planning on actually giving the people who have the PHD's and great English speaking abilities the real good jobs too? Is that right? :) I think that is highly unlikely...
Anyway, I don't think this is a bad idea at all...I actually think that they should stop immigration altogether for Canada. Why? Because this is a country that has too many overqualified people with no jobs and too many people running the government with the jobs who are underqualified. The people who are most deserving of the positions do not end up in the positions simply because they do not know the right people.
Canada is a country that does not have enough jobs for all of the resources. Alot of immigrants who are "off-white" so I have been called myself and others, do not get the same treatment and really it's not fair since the Caucasians are immigrants as well so this is as much everyone else's country as it is theirs. Stolen property does not mean that you are the owners of the property. It is like a hot item, that is why cops arrest those with hot items. Stolen property is not the new owners property no matter what the new owner thinks.
I feel that it is unfortunate but Canada is not accepting immigrants who don't speak these 2 languages as when the immigrants do come here, they are not really given the credit they deserve simply because it is " not their country".
The land you are born on, or the culture that surrounds your birth should not give other people the right to hold anything above your head. This land is as much the Canadian people's as it is anyone else's. But again, I think they should place a ban on immigration altogether as Canada does not have enough jobs to support the number of people coming in from other countries hence the people in Canada right now have to carry the burden with overtaxation.
I would love to hear what you all have to say. Please remember I am only speaking from my experience, yours may be very different than mine. If you feel differently that is your right as well.
