 Questions vs. Answers
I just read an interesting blog entry and wish I had thought of it myself.  How many questions have I heard with inadequate answers! Too many!  Maybe I'm a skeptic but I've only been satisfied with a few of the answers i've received from books or magazines.  I'll pose 5 questions - feel free to comment on them any way you can : 1. Where will the world be 10 years from today?
                               2. Will the Saviour come and if so for what religion?
                               3.  Will heavy metal music ever die out?
                               4.  Will death ever become surmountable?
                               5.  Will the poor ever become rich and vice versa?
I'll put in a 6th one too! - is there any point in answering questions?  My answer for this is " Yes, to find out what is the most interesting answer!"

1. hopefully much better off. i would love the see the world with less wars and more understanding

2. good question. i don't dare to answer it today

3. yes - it is happening slowly. rock and roll will always be around, but HEAVVY METAL seems to be slipping away

4. i think it already is (to a certain degree - do you believe in reincarnation?)

5. in many cases the poor are rich (of heart and soul) and the rich can also be poor.

the financially rich are rich because that is how they are comfertable, the financially poor are such because that is how they are comfertable. its a vicous circle that i am trying to grasp myself

good questions.
Where will the world be 10 years from now? Its hard to say, but right now I feel the world is in a dangerous state. I am counting down the days that Bush will be out of office. I am curious as to who will be in office and who all the new appointments will go to. I am curious to see how our allies and enemies will change. I am curious to see how the economy will react to the constant demand to be more global. I could go on and on....

Will the saviour come and to what religion? hmmm. religion and faith are very interesting subjects to me right now. I think we have religion to give us some sort of moral rules. Its frustrating to me that we give money to the church or "god" yet the poor are still poor and there are lots of rich churches. I find it hard to understand how God and Jesus love everyone, let many churches do not allow gays....I believe if you are good to people, people will be good to you. I have lost confidence in organized religion.

Will heavy metal music every die? Probably not. just when you think its going away, it somehow creeps right back. A good book on this is called "Fargo, Rock City" by Chuck Klosterman. He is a journalist and writes great books of culture and music.

Will death ever become surmountable? No - I think nature comes and goes in cycles. Everything will live and die, and eventually die out and make way for something else. Our life expectancy has already decreased.....

Will the poor ever become rich and vice versa? I see that "old money" is going away and "new money" is coming in, but with the economy right now, espeically in my state, the "rich" are even in forclosure as the "cushy" jobs and automotive monsters are being hit hard and dying out. I think this will come and go in a "cycle" as well.

1. Probably in the same state is in today...but with more technology.
2. I believe the Rapture in Christianity was misinterpreted. I believe we will all meet our Savior after death. Death is a door to EverLasting Life.
I believe any religion that brings a person to know Love...is good.
God is Love..
We all just have different names for God...and he has expressed himself in many different forms and religions.
Most religions have nothing to do with true love anyway...it is all about who is right and wrong.
We are one creation.
3. No it will never die out..if it does for awhile..it will come back into style. We just recycle everything and give it a new label anyway.
4. Yes death will be conquered..but the hard truth is..we have to die to conquer it. We are all so afraid to die...and I believe when we do..we will laugh at the fear we lived with. So many are afraid to die...that they forget to Live. Death is a Doorway.
5. In my mind...you can be rich without having any cash. There are far more valuable things in life than wealth.

1.
10 years from now? i dont believe the world will get any better, everyone is always turning our back on their country trying to help out other countries, we are slowly decaying from the inside out. There will always be violence, there will always be theft, and there will always be poverty....those are things we cant do nothing about, people dont really want to change the world, they want to shape it, shape it into a way that benefits them and their needs, they could care less about the health of our world.

2.
there is no savior, we were ment to save our selves, but we depend too much on religion and other things to save us. The government set up religion for many reasons, one is to set standards of what we can and cant do, by telling us of a heaven and hell, we fear doing bad, cause we will spend eternity in hell....what is eternity? the human brain cannot possibly grasp the concept of eternity, especially a eternity of nothingness, so its easier for us to believe in an eternity of happiness. Look around, now is the time for us to be saved, but like i said before, we have to save ourselves.

3.
heavy metal....die out....nah. heavy metal is more of a symbol than a genera of music. people feel the need to be different, to rebel from society, and heavy metal is a way for them to drown out all the conformities of life, a way to escape the average. Its more than music, its a way of life, so as long as you have open-minded people, who can think for themselves, you will have heavy metal.

4.
i think i hit on this subject earlier....o well, ill do it again. Death will never be surmountable. For the fact that no one wants to die, even people who commit suicide dont want death, they want an escape, and sometimes death is the only escape. People cant handle the fact that once they die, there is no second chances, thats another reason why they set up religion, if you die you go to heaven where everything is perfect...so people dont fear death as much. Death is the unknown, and people fear the unknown, people also fear what they cant control, they cant control; when they will die, so they hide from it.

5.
i believe that one day people will realize that the onlty thing that determines rich from poor is nothing more than paper. and when they do....i dunno =]

I don't think i'll ever die and will suffer massive reicarnations as a dog, crab, flower, tree etc. I heard that Adolf Hitler was turned into a stone!?! Have a happy ever-after! Dan.
