So I am here.
I got in to LA yesturday. Its a long flight and of course I watched to many movies none of which were really any good.
I had probably only 2 minutes of "Jumper" left to watch but they turned if of so we could land. Maybe a blessing but its made me watse alot more time than it was worth thinking about the end of the film.

So I was picked up by my Limo. Yes it was very cool, and yes it was a Limo. Awesome.
The driver like to talk, the story about his two weeks with the king of the LA gypies and his frisky daughters was pretty good.

So I am staying up in the north past the hills, about 15 minutes drive to Hollywood.
I was a bit jet lagged yesturday, tried driving around the gated community I am staying in. Kind of freaked me out so I did not go on the road. I did not have a map so was scared of getting lost.
I realised that the biggest city I have driven in is Auckland so its a little daunting especially diving on the wrong side of the road.

I rang Dave and he came and picked me up and we went to the resturant where Julies (Daves girlfriend) works.
Very nice. Its the only resturant that I have been in LA. Last year I went to it twice when I came through LA both times.
We poped over the road to the dive bar. mmmmmm.
I could not sleep so stayed up watching Kenny vs Spenny all night. so wrong but I could not stop.
Who could stay tied to a goat the longest, just too funny, I was laughing so hard I could not see the TV.

I feel a bit retarded sometimes here, its surprising how many things I have to learn. But I am getting there.
Well that was my first day in a nutshell.
