| 20-07-2009 Weekend |
Bit of a waist of a weekend. Went out for pizza at cools on Friday, and drank way too much whine. I was not good on Saturday, couldn’t do anything and had to cancel some plans. Instead I spent the day sleeping for a bit then waking up of a bit then sleeping for a bit. Eventually at about 6 I was feeling better. Ryan and Meg came round to see if I was ok, but they only stayed for a bit. Spiderman 3 was on tv, what a crappy movie. Venom was such a let down. Everything in the movie was a letdown. Since I had spent the whole day sleeping, I wasn’t tired so I stayed up really late playing GTA, which is turning out to be a really fun game.
The next day Miky came round and we had our first warhammer game (which I lost). Everyone else came round a bit later and we had a day of geeky war gamming, lots of fun.
Went to church on Sunday night, the topic was bridging the generation gap. I didn’t take too much from it since generational differences don’t really affect me anymore.
