I feel that way a lot of times! Especially when I'm in bed at night. I think about the things that I did today that pleased me, and the things I did that didn't. And what type of person I am, etc.

I feel exactly the same way! Sometimes, people don't understand me, so I get frustrated. I'm depressed a lot. And I also find it hard to trust others after betrayal. Want to be friends?
