I know how you feel I'm a stay at home mom also and I find it very hard to have time for myself it feels like you are living more then one persons life..when I need some alone time i take my dog for a walk, usually no one else wants to go and I can enjoy nature and fresh air, it can be very good for your soul...and plus, dogs don't cry, wear diapers, puke on you or talk back..enjoy some alone time with mother nature -b
