awe thankyou all sooooooooooo much still very poorly, my chest is tight but getting plenty of rest :).

Mind the meds. I hate ppl who overdose on that stuff thinking it's the end-all-be-all solution. I want to vomit just thinking of how that stuff tastes! Bleh!:S

I'm sure if it was you know what it would hit you much harder. You are probably suffering the worst cold I ever had around 2001 which nearly floored me. You just gotta fight it...but try to do so more naturally. Sweat it out. Heavy(but not strenuous) exercise in warm clothes, warm beverages...no dairy or plain water.

Think I may have a chest infection too :(.

My boyfriend had it for 4 days, we both have asthma as well and he's alright! I somehow didn't get it. I hope you feel better soon!
