I have been suffering from breathing issues, as well. Mostly a sore throat and nasal drip from the weather, I imagine. I need to remind myself to get more sleep, stay warm, get plenty of fluids and tend my nose so it doesn't bleed.

Don't jump to conclusions or even speak of that dreadful "plague" going around. The "hype" is enough to drive me nuts.

Let the kids enjoy their candy...but don't give them free reign:P Moderation.

Sara..Rest sweetie..as much as possible. It is quite possible to get a secondary infection, which would really make you sick. Drink and rest...oh and perhaps a little candy for an energy boost. :)
