hmmmmm...lived in a lot of places in the U.S. and get my love of
traveling because I have lived all over. I love meeting people and
seeing how they live. I love to read and when I read I like mysteries,
history, folklore and legends. I am very interested in Cultural Anthropology,
Archaeology, and learning how to "go green".
I have several blogs, Our Cultural World, Going Green, Buried Bones, Are they serious? and Country Roads. Country Roads is strictly a photo blog and it is very new.
I am a former member of
the United States Air Force, many years ago, and was stationed in
Germany and Boston, both beautiful places. I had a son when I was 22 who
died from SIDS. He would have been 25 years old this past september
and I do wonder what he might be like etc...I still miss him even after
all this time, altho not with the pain I felt many years ago. Now he
is a memory I treasure and cherish. Photography is my hobby and I do
love taking photos. I now live in Wyoming, the "Cowboy Country" and it
is fantastic here. The people are hard-working, self-sufficient and
worthy of admiration and respect. I hope to become more like them,
especially in the "Self-sufficient" area.
If you would like to
ask me anything feel free. I am pretty open and honest. Some of my
siblings are up here in Wyoming also. The other is still in San Diego
with his family along with the rest of my family, aunts, uncles,
cousins etc... while other aunts, uncles and cousins live in Alabama,
Florida and Michigan.
I already, after living here for six
years, am getting "itchy" feet and looking around for a new place to
move. So far Tennessee looks like a possibility so would love to hear
from any Tennesseans who would enlighten me about the state. Have been
there, it is beautiful, but going through and living in it are two
different things. I am especially interested in the weather. Getting
kinda of tired of the cold myself. Is it humid? Does it snow a lot?
What is the job market like? Anything would be helpful.
