I disagree a little with "Rachellama". You don't need to spend your life praying and feeling guilty for what you do.
There is no such thing as a sin. If you believe in sin you'll be feeling guilty about every single thing you do or every step you take!
Just be happy with what you do and...

I think the best way to get out of misery and letting other people help you is when you start loving yourself.
That's the main thing: LOVE YOURSELF
It's a hard thing to do, for you, for me and for many other people, but that's the first step out of misery.
I can just say this because I understand...
